Foodyman Marketplace

A marketplace is four products, not one

Foodyman is an established delivery platform built by its own vendor. We are not its authors — we are the team that deploys it, puts your brand on it, makes it work in Arabic and in Saudi Arabia, and stands behind it once it is live.

  • Live in weeks
  • Your brand, your rules
  • Arabic and English
  • 4Apps: customer, vendor, driver, admin
  • AR+ENFor buyers and for your operations team
  • 4-10Weeks to a live marketplace

Building this from scratch is a two-year project

A delivery marketplace looks like one app and is really four, plus the operations layer that keeps them in step. Most companies who set out to build one underestimate that by a factor of three and run out of budget before the driver app exists. Starting from a platform that already works removes that risk — what is left is the part that makes it yours.

  • The platform is proven and already in production elsewhere
  • We deploy it on infrastructure you own, with your branding
  • Arabic, payments and e-invoicing are configured for this market
  • You get one team accountable for it, not a licence and a forum
What is inside

What the platform gives you

The four sides of a marketplace, with one catalogue and one order behind them.

  • Customer storefront & apps

Browsing by category, nearby stores, promotions and discounts, favourites and reorder, checkout and live order tracking — on the web and on iOS and Android.

  • Vendor dashboard

Restaurants and shops manage their own menu, prices, opening hours and orders, so your team is not the bottleneck between a merchant and their own catalogue.

  • Driver app

Assignments, routing and delivery confirmation, so dispatch is a system rather than a group chat.

  • Admin console

Merchants, commissions, promotions, zones and reporting in one place, with the controls an operator actually uses day to day.

  • Content & marketing

Banners, campaigns, a blog and recipe content — the pages that bring people in from search rather than from paid ads alone.

  • What we add for Saudi Arabia

Arabic throughout, local payment gateways, ZATCA-compliant invoicing, your domain and branding, and hosting in a region that suits your policy.

Getting started

From decision to first order

  1. 01

    Scope & licence

We agree what you are launching and with which categories, and the platform licence is put in your name — not ours.

  2. 02

    Deploy & brand

Installed on your infrastructure, your logo and colours applied, your domain connected, Arabic checked end to end.

  3. 03

    Connect & configure

Payment gateway, e-invoicing, delivery zones, commissions and the first merchants loaded and tested with real orders.

  4. 04

    Launch & support

Apps published under your developer accounts, your team trained on the admin console, and a support agreement from day one.

How it is priced

Priced as a deployment

The platform licence is one cost and our work is another, and we keep them separate so you can see what you are paying for. Quoted after a short call about categories, cities and how much you want changed.

  • Standard launch

The platform, branded and configured for one market.

    • Deployment and branding
    • Arabic and payments configured
    • Training and handover
  • Launch & operate

The same, plus us running the infrastructure and updates.

    • Managed hosting
    • Platform updates applied
    • Support agreement
  • Custom build on top

When the standard platform needs features it does not have.

    • Custom modules
    • Integrations with your systems
    • Ongoing development

FAQ

Questions about Foodyman

  • No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Foodyman is an established product with its own vendor. What we provide is the deployment, the Arabic and Saudi localisation, the integrations, the branding and the support — the work that turns a licence into a running business.

  • You can, and for a genuinely unusual model you should — we build custom platforms too. But if what you need is a working marketplace, starting from one that already runs saves a year and most of the budget. We will tell you honestly which of the two your idea needs.

  • You do. The licence is in your name, it runs on your infrastructure, the apps are published under your developer accounts, and the data is yours. If you stop working with us, none of that moves.

  • Within reason, yes — branding, flows, categories and integrations are all in scope. Deep changes to how the platform works are custom development on top of it, which we quote separately so you can see what is standard and what is not.

Tell us what you want to deliver, and where

Categories, cities and whether you need anything the standard platform does not do. That is usually enough for a straight answer on cost and timeline.
