Taskoverflow

Your plan, moving in real time

Our own work-management platform. Tasks, owners, deadlines and status live on one board that updates as the work happens — so nobody sits in a status meeting to find out where things stand.

  • Live for everyone at once
  • Automations without scripting
  • Teams of 5 to 500
  • 1Month of the full product, no card
  • 4Views of the same work
  • 5-500Team sizes it is built for

Most teams are paying for four tools that do not talk

A tracker, a time sheet, a dashboard tool and a doc app — plus the master spreadsheet holding them together. Taskoverflow replaces that set with one board where the task, the hours against it, the file and the status are the same record.

  • Edits land on every screen as they happen, with presence so two people never do the same task twice
  • A developer sees their own list, a lead sees what is stuck, you see the quarter — from one board
  • Automations do the chasing: status changes, the channel is told, the item moves, the timer stops
  • Public, private and personal boards, so not everything has to be shared with everyone
What is inside

Everything in Taskoverflow

The parts most teams would otherwise buy separately, already talking to each other.

  • Boards & views

Groups, tasks, owners, dates, labels and priority — shown as a board, My Work, an overview or a calendar, without keeping a second board in sync.

  • Live collaboration

Changes appear on every screen as they are made, with presence showing who is looking at what right now.

  • Automations

Pick a trigger and what should happen: notify a channel, assign a reviewer, move the item, create the follow-up, stop the timer. No scripting and no ops ticket.

  • Time tracking

Start a timer on the task itself, so logged hours sit against the work rather than in a separate sheet nobody reconciles.

  • Dashboards

Load, spend and slippage answered live from the same records, instead of a report someone assembles on Sunday night.

  • Docs, forms & files

The spec, the request and the final asset attach to the row, so the context lives with the task rather than in a thread.

Getting started

From demo month to the whole team

  1. 01

    Start a workspace

Put this week's real work on a board and invite the people who own it. No card, no seat limit, no locked features.

  2. 02

    Shape it around your process

Groups, statuses, labels and views set up to match how your team already works, not the other way round.

  3. 03

    Write your first rules

The chores that eat an afternoon — notifications, hand-offs, follow-up tasks — become automations you write once.

  4. 04

    Roll it out

Departments added as they are ready, with private and personal boards where the work is not everyone's business.

How it is priced

Use it for a month, then we talk numbers

Everything is in the demo — no locked features, no seat limit, no card. After that we price against the team you actually have rather than a tier you have to guess at.

  • Demo month

The whole product for a month, with your real work in it.

    • Every board, view and automation
    • Your whole team, no seat limit
    • Your data comes with you afterwards
  • Enterprise

Priced against your team size and how you need it run.

    • SSO and role-based access
    • A workspace isolated per company
    • Onboarding, migration and an SLA

FAQ

Questions about Taskoverflow

  • All of it. Every board type, every view, automations, time tracking and Slack — for your whole team, with no seat limit and no card. It is the product, not a sandbox.

  • Because a per-seat number is usually wrong for the team asking. We price against your actual size and how you need it run, after you have used it for a month and know whether it fits.

  • On the enterprise plan each company gets an isolated workspace, with role-based access, an audit log and export on request. Nothing is deleted while a conversation is still open.

  • Yes — edits land on every open screen as they happen, and presence shows who is viewing a board at that moment. It is the reason the status meeting stops being necessary.
